Bruce Cavan is a twenty-year hospitality veteran with extensive experience in spa development, spa operations and food and beverage management.

Bruce began his career with Westin where he achieved progressive food and beverage leadership positions for their flagship resort properties in Hawaii and Colorado. He later went on to open the spa components of the Aspen Club & Spa in Aspen, Colorado and the four star Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley, California .

Bruce and his wife, Melissa launched Luana Resort Services in 2001 which provides strategic, design and operations guidance for spa, fitness, salon and resort operations.

More recently, Bruce led the pre-opening of one of the first US condo hotels, the Edelweiss Lodge & Spa, in Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico.

Bruce is a graduate of Central Connecticut State College with a degree in Business Administration. He and his family reside in Aruba.
